While each child's inappropriate behaviors are unique, the main purpose is to figure out the function of his or her behaviors (e.g., why they are engaging in these inappropriate behaviors). Once we have that, we can develop individualized strategies and plans to help decrease the inappropriate behaviors and help your child learn more socially appropriate ways to meet the same needs.
